ONE LAND - MANY CULTURES

The students worked in teams to brainstorm different elements of the New Zealand culture.

AMERICA'S CUP - Science Club

The Year 3 and 4 students designed
boats using recycled materials.
The challenge was that they floated!
This was for our America's Cup challenge
for the lunch time club.

Congratulations!

Congratulations - Renee and Matthew on your School Assembly Awards                         for all your achievements and hard work.
I am very proud of you. Keep up the fantastic work.

CODING

Here is Cubetto!
The Year 2 classes now have this wonderful technology available to them.
The students have written some of their own code language to use.
They have also been investigating 'Hour of Code'             and having heaps of FUN!

COMPUTATION - CODING

We have been trying out some coding
skills. Cassie is being the robot as the
other children direct her with their commands.

Twit-ta-woo!

ARTS WEEK - Look at our beautiful owls, handcrafted using recycled materials, papers and real feathers!
These owls related to the funny Shared Books
that we read during Arts Week.

Royal Thinking

After Queens Birthday Weekend, we decided to write Royal stories about -
'If I were King / Queen for a Day ...'
